#1 Alberobello
Classified under UNESCO world heritage. This town gives you the most beautiful postcards of Apulia. This is a very touristic place but one can have an authentic experience during sunrise & sunsets. There are two large neighbourhoods Rione Monti & Rione Aia Piccola where you can find 1000 & 400 truilli respectively. The latter being less touristic.
#2 Polignano a mare
Well known as « the Pearl of Adriatic » is located at 25m high, where you get to see the cove Cola Porto. It also has hosted cliff world diving in 2016.
#3 Otranto
Known for its mosaic floors and religious art. Check out the Chiesa di San pietro. This tiny church is famous for its Byzantine frescoes.
#4 Trushi Bay
This rocky spot perfect to enjoy quiet sunrise & sunsets.
#5 Grotta della poesia
Also known as the cave of Poetry, located in the small town of Roca. The legend says that the cave was the favourite swimming pool of one of the ancient princess and the sight of her swimming inspired poets, thats why it got the name ‘the cave of poetry’.
